So I'm planning to start hitting festivals around the nation for interviews. I am wondering if using a flip camera or the like is generally accepted. Does anybody have experience with this? What is the best way for 1 person to do interviews without a camera man?
Would any companies be interested in sponsoring Balcony TV Festival Specials with a flip camera for this endeavor adventure?
SXSW, Coachella, Dia....many come to mind.
I think it could be very cool!

A couple of the new SLR/video cameras are incredible and would make you look like a pro - eg the Canon 5D/7D, and whatever the Nikon equivalent is! :)
