

Here are a couple pics from Sunday's Bridal Show in Westin domain!
So many wonderful things going on right at this very moment. Ready..set...go! First workout crap.
Today's workout was a mild 30 min run.
Yesterday was this:
10 min Amrap
20 Box jumps
10 40lb Sandbag get ups
4 jingle jangles
20 Med ball slams
100 jump rope
Then
an upper body lifting circuit followed by walking.
This is a RX regimen from the metabolic program I'm doing.

I may have press for Coachella:), BTV may have found a new forever home in ATX. I have sooo many options for badass SXSW events. I'll be everywhere:). I have set up 3 photo shoots to keep me on track foodwise. It's not a strict diet but clean eating, hard workouts and rest! I have film producers contacting me about roles..no auditioning:). I was invited to sing with a pretty badass band...
Head..Go..Poof!
and...I am off Ambien.
