Feeling Betta Baby

Blah...I was sick with a damn cold ALL week. A doozie too. Bummed as I missed out on Austin Free Week and a boy was in town. Oh well....feeling better today.

Working on some new metabolic structured workouts. They are different from anything I've done in the past.

10 Min all out HIIT
20 Min harcore lifting
30-60 min walking.

Odd but there is a science behind it that's focused on woman's hormones. My hormones are still out of whack. My Testosterone is low, Progesterone better and I have zero Vit D. Trying to increase the D through liquid drops. What's up body? You're talking to me and I'm listening.

I have been eating closer to paleo last two weeks and I'm dropping inches. I'll hit my goal losing the excess by SXSW. Time to stop focusing on a certain number. Let's just focus on getting everything balanced and eating healthy:)

Lots going on....Wedding Show tomorrow, Got asked to act in a film, working on SXSW madness, meeting with Google, meetings for meetings.

Oh...and I got a fantastic Performance review. My best ever which mad me feel both appreciated and valuable. I asked to take on some harder roles this year!

Thinking about doing for BTV at Lallapalooza this year...
