BAD ME. No more contact for a while. It's hard when you want to share cool things with a good friend but can't. My will power is great in some areas...not when it comes to men.

The festival yielded great sets from Tune Yards, We were Promised Jet Packs, Austra, HUM, G Side, Schmillion and Speak. Of course many many more. I even caught a couple "songs" from Cannibal Corpse...if you can call growling/screaming into the mic a song. I'm gonna need to read some lyrics....
Too too much fun.

I am really surprised that you're the only person I've heard from that actually saw it. I thought I had a larger number of geekier friends than that. I, of course, was stuck inside and didn't get to see squat...
NASA had a video of radar images of it, but nothing like I'm sure seeing it firsthand would have been like. Oh, well. I still have a total solar eclipse and Hale-Bopp checked off my list!
