So we had our first shoot at City Hall last week. It went SO GOOD. I can't
tell you how lovely and accommodating everyone has been. The view is so much nicer:)
Met with my trainer. Weight is up(possibly allot of water weight), BF% down. I'm at about 18% according to her but my clothes fit like it's more. I don't understand anymore. How can I weigh what I weigh and be 18 %? Could I really have THAT much muscle? I'm confused and frustrated.

You're prety strong, so don't worry about the weight too much.
You look great seriously and you're becoming a superb advertisement for female strength and I want you to be proud of yourself, because you deserve to be and I'm really proud of you too, for not giving up on yourself, even when you've had problems with your Thyroid, you've not acted as if your body is cursed and gven up, you've stuck it out and you've made some beautiful positive changes happen or you.
I'm sending you A BIG HUG and I want you to keep looking positively forwards, at all aspects of your life and continuing to see yourself the way you deserve to, because you ARE worth so much and deserve a great life.
