Updates

Hello friends...

I'm finally decompressed from Austin City Limits Festival....and next up is Fun Fun Fun Festival. We will be doing press for that event as well then onto SXSW. Wow..it's like a steam train that keeps chugging along, stopping long enough for some maintenance and gas.

One BIG thing I have noticed in the last few weeks. You ready? you sitting down? Ok...here we go: While in pursuit of my music journalism dream and the fun I'm having, my body focus has dwindled significantly. We are talking...big time. The hope for a "perfect" body has gone by the wayside in lieu of REAL attainable enjoyable endeavors. How the hell did THAT happen? Who cares...it did.

Something about enjoying life and the moment.

Even when I was my "perfect weight" or "size"....it wasn't nearly as happy as I am right now. Not even close. I have no idea how long this journey will last but I'm seizing the day, each and every day.

Just wanted to share that.:)
