Sometimes we make the same mistakes enough times to know the routine. You think to yourself" Self, this will hurt a little but maybe be worth the pain". HA! What a load of crap! It's almost never worth the pain.

What a whirlwind. I don't seem to want to slow down. Yep, it's all me creating this whirlwind of endeavors, work and fun. Somedays I'm so tired that I feel like a zombie. Other days I feel electric. I'd of course prefer more electric than zombie. Hey...Electric Zombie would be a RAD band name!

Friday was weights, Sat was Cardio Dance and today was 10 min rowing, weights and then 45 min of spin. Le pooped. I am.

The whole electric thing could be a bit much though, as many people used to do it years ago.
Even Ronnie Dio admitted once, Elf had the name Elf because the original one Electric Elves, was just to some extent doing what a lot of other bands did, by calling themselves electric this and electric that.
It's probably in fairness been done to death in the past, though mainly in America, as I don't really recall many, if any, bands in Britain being called electric anything, though that's not to say there have never been any.
Good to know things are working out for you.
