It's been busy busy per the norm. Working on stuff for BTV, booking bands, ACL gah! It never ends but that's a good thing right? I can't tell you how thankful I am for what BTV has brought me. One of the coolest experiences of my life by far...and keeps getting stronger. We added BTV Istanbul today! Welcome fellow BTV'er.:)

Yesterday I attended a kickass workout at J Nettles Fitness. We had 5 min at ach of the following stations:
A)Ladder Drills
B)Box Jumps-10
Push-ups-10
C) Back Rows-10-90lbs
Ball Slams-10-20lbs
D)Burpees-10
Reverse Crunch-10
Ugh! Day-am, I was a sweaty that it was like a constant slip n slide. Gross! Fantastic workout though:) Nest up was a photoshoot with my friend Shawn Collie and Bonita. We got some very kickass images and had a blasty!

Today was an easy 4 mile run. I had a meeting with my trainer, happy to note that I'm back in the 140's and leaning down. Goal is closer to 140 but with all this muscle I should just ignore the scale and focus on the measurements.
I'm working so hard!
