Oy Those Legs

We all have those days!

You get home from work, tired and slightly cranky. Stupid people were everywhere and it was taxing to your sanity and soul. All you want is TV, zone. Relax...ahhhhhhhh. I don't want to workout! Nope. Not gonna do it. ::Drive by gym:::Keep going. Get home. There are your workout clothes ...just STARING AT YOU! Nope. NO!!!!!!! (sigh)

Alright, you win but just a quickie.

25 Walking Lunges
10 Jumping Squats with 40lbs
20 Step Ups with 30lbs
20 split Lunge off bench with 30lbs
25 Hammie Curls on the ball

(Swollen Legs)

3 rounds

60lb KB Swings(20,20,15)
Ab Leg Raise(20,20,20)


This morning I woke and did a treadmill 5k in 23 min. Continued for 4.5 miles in 35 min :D
There is a CARDIO DANCE class at 11:30 that is calling my name:) I may start tactical striking on Thursday and found a crossfit that is 100$ per month UNLIMITED classes yo!!!!
