Loved this


It's been a whirlwind of a day. Started off with an overseas call from a new friend into a print audition and full day of work.


My morning workout was 20 min of running/sprinting and 20 min of walking. Tonight I'm doing a rowing/upper body WOD AND taking on the 75lb KB!


Woot!
