YUMMIES

I think we need a bakery like this here in Austin. If there is already one, please point me in their direction. Major props to Bonita and her tribe for completing the dreaded "Burpee Mile". I'll attempt "Murph" before I do a "Burpee Mile"...ouch.

Here is some Paleo cupcake porn from the Raw Goddess. The icing just needs to be modified without Agave Nectar.

Had a lovely Sushi date last night, followed by packing and cleaning. This girl knows how to party!Today consisted of a nice 7.5 miler followed by Starbucks with my friend, Peggy. Errands, packing and cleaning...oy!

I'll be doing a Paleo Turkey day, so I imagine it will be salad, turkey, nuts and some fruit. Works for me:). I'm CRAVING wine something fierce today...but no wine shall be consumed.

Have a safe holiday everyone!

Have you tried Kombucha Tea? It's almost like wine...I don't like wine that much though? I LOVE them! Not sure if they are paleo friendly or not. They have some sugar and carbs.

Mmmm....cupcakes ;)

Those cupcakes look awesome! I'm curious how turkey day is going to go for me this year since I'm not eating meat, dairy, etc. I'm planning on bringing lots of eats to compliment whatever they are serving. I'm down 11 lbs now! :) woot woot!!!

April...OH yeah, i love that stuff and there is alcohol in it which creates that wine taste. i'm not sure it's paleo...need to read the lable.

Tiff...Wohooo 11 lbs?!?!?! fantastic. Are you doing a raw diet?

No, not raw...that was too restrictive. While I do eat a lot of raw I'm also enjoying cooked food too! I've been eating vegan for the past 6 weeks and have actually never felt better. Stop by my healthyhappenings blog where I talk a lot more about my eats ;-)
