-Who knew that kicking fake sugar would be easier then thought? Don't get me wrong, I still crave sweets but fruit rocks my socks! As Zach stated, it does taste much sweeter now.

So things are going good for the start of day 3...my stomach is VERY pooched but I suspect that will subside, right? I think they say changes happen in week 2-3?eh, everyone is different!
Time for biceps/triceps/abs and spin. I hope my energy levels do OK.
