Perfect Weather!

I swear the weather this weekend was just beautiful. It would be insane to not take advantage...so I did:)

Saturday morning I lifted weights and did a spin class. it was Michael's last class for a while and he has become my favorite spin instructor. ALWAYS gives us a hardcore class! Soon after I was showered and gussied up for my date in San Marcos. Date and I went to Palmer's Restaurant which had a lovely outdoor patio with lots of foliage and fountains. A great place to enjoy a good meal and conversation, wish I could say the meal was great.

To say lackluster would be a compliment so I'll just say the food was edible. My company was great though...turns out we have friends in common from back in my waitress days at Olive Garden in SA. Whoa...crazy fun times. We were entertained by interactions with wild "friendly" squirrels and black mice. Hmmmm mice? really? yes! Eh..it was entertaining and I had a fabulous time!

I realize that yesterday was Halloween but this girl just wasn't feeling the vibe. Thus I opted to stay home and watch "The Office" on DVD...muy beuno!

I pulled a nice 8.5 miler this morning which felt awesome. Some days the legs just want to go, go go. time to get some work done, run errands, prep meals and maybe do some packing because it's officially MOVING MONTH!!!!!
