Dang and Holy Crap were thoughts that danced in my head when I saw today's WOD! Twas a doozie but allot of fun!
WOD~100,80,50,20
100 Lunges with 15lbs overhead
100 Push up
100 Box Jump 24"
100 Push Press 55--we used 45lbs
100 sit ups..
You split up the reps with your partner but can't move on until all reps in each set are completed, then you move to 80 reps, then 50....so on. I think they scrapped the 80 rep set due to time and went straight into 50 reps...
I teamed up with Cindy and we got to the walking lunges of the second set before time was called. BUMMER. I might go finish this at the gym later because it hurt so good!
My Strengths...Push-ups, push-press and sit-ups.
My Weaknesses..Box Jump and Lunge
Note to self: Losing weight is grand but for the love of God, buy new workout clothes when current ones slide down far enough to reveal butt crack whilst running 400's at dark thirty!

My Dad's dental surgery went well yesterday and he is in much better spirits today. I was pretty stressed out but he is being released today!!!!
Today's plans...finish CF workout after work.
Prep something yummy and Paleo for Lisa's Thanksgiving.
Maybe buy a new TV!

Glad everything worked out for your Dad, I wish we had crossfit here so I could have people to train me on it.... :) Tucson is too far away!
