The scaled version of this is comical. Your ass is straight in the air, knees on edge of the box and hands on the floor supporting as you aim to get your head flat to the ground. It's hard and awkward, it also KILLS the knees. I told Zach I'm investing in knee pads for the next class:). Seriously, have you SEEN my knees lately????? They are scuffed up and battered badly...friends are making lewd comments.
