Today I discovered I'm the victim of identity theft. Paypal sent me a message about a possible transaction on my account, they disputed it before I saw it on my CC statement. Sure enough....69 Euro$ had been spent with my name on it.
I have never been the victim of ID theft so I kinda sorta freaked the fuck out. I changed ALL passwords and had a small panic attack. Good Times.
Today was a good day for a half day of work soI hit the gym for WOD:
5 Rounds of:
30 Squat
20 Pull-up Scaled on the smith bar
10 burpees
The toughest thing here was burpees after pull-ups. Youch! Time was 16:49.
The people in the gym thought I was nuts...and I like that:). People stay FAR way from you when your nuts.
Then I did a 65 min power walk while doing laundry.
I'm noticing big changes in my legs from all these squats, mostly thicker with muscle. I guess this is what happens when you start squatting like a freaking manic???Quads are looking pretty good though...I'm VERY thankful for a strong healthy body.

how did you scale the pullups on the smith machine?
lol. when i did some crossfit WOD in teh gym people were like,....yikes coz i was grunting and sweating. hilarious.

I place the bar halfway up and then with legs extended, I pull my chin above the bar each time. I can't do more than 10 in a row right now but it seems to work the biceps well.
The main thing is though, to hopefully not get higher development in the Quads, than you get in the Hamstrings, otherwise you could become Quad dominant, and it might effect the walk your Legs move.
Hopefully you are getting the right kind of development all over to sustain good postural condition.
I'm really glad that you're happy with a lot of things right now, you certainly deserve to be.
