For Life...

I came to a conclusion this morning which was possibly obvious to all but me. I have no problem being motivated to workout everyday for the rest of my life, God willing. This is HUGE! Sure I'll get sick and/or injured from time to time but my desire to exercise is in me for life:). The need to better myself constantly runs strongly in these veins. It's a big accomplishment for a girl who used to HATE all forms of exercise and was about 200lbs....

The hardest part is the diet plan but in retrospect my diet isn't horribly bad. I eat a TON of veggies/fruit, no red meat and lots of free range chicken/fish. I have many areas that could be tweaked but it's not a sugar laden fat fest either! My biggest downfall is sugar cravings which are brought on by my consumption of sugarfree crap....bleech! Once that is handled then it will be easier, not EASY but easier.Today I'm drinking black coffee with stevia. Yes, I know my beloved stevia must go too:(. I'll suck it up and deal.

This morning I woke at 5am and ran approx 5 miles in sprint intervals(38). I felt strong! I got to work and had an uplifting email. It stated that once again I had been referred for a commercial which for an actor is just awesome. I am very fortunate to have so many people that believe in my abilities and talents....kinda makes me sappy.

I had dreams about this amazing outfit with the damn cutest booties I've EVER seen. This is my subconscious telling me for find an outfit for my brunch.....

Edit...When I'm feeling large I tend to overdo workouts...hence my afternooner of a partial "Angie" with abs and leg press exercises.

You shouldn't need to quit using stevia--it's good for you! Of course, I don't know which stevia brand you use, how natural it really is, but pure stevia is health generating and has a 0 glycemic index! I use SweetLeaf Sweetener stevia--it's the best quality and the only truly natural stevia brand out there--it has 0 calories, 0carbs, and a 0glycemic index!

By the way, stevia can actually help curb you cravings for sweets. Stevia contains the very minerals that helps satisfy cravings for sweets and fatty foods. However, to get the most of it, I would use the most pure and natural stevia brand!

Good luck!!
