2- Got a mistaken identity text for another Barbara who is an actor? Odd no? I replied and stated that if they needed another Barbara to read the scripts, I'd happily oblige :)
This morning WOD was a toughie.

5 rounds of 400 M Run, 15 Power Cleans. RX'd weight was 65 but I did 45lb, finished first so I realize my weight wasn't heavy enough. It's time for me to set outside of my comfort zone and get HEAVY! I must add that 45lb mixed with many many DEEP squats feels quite heavy to me!

Last night I hit the gym for a serious leg/ab workout with a few biceps. THIS is why 45lb hurt so damn much!

Hmmm maybe my energy isn't so low? It sure felt sluggish this morning though :(. Thank goodness for my secret weapon.....GREEN TEA EXTRACT!!!!!!! Awesomeness in a small potent bottle.
