That email seriously makes my day!!!!!!
Last week, I received another email from a girl I went to HS with.She asked me for tips on how to get into shape and diet. I'm no professional but I'm happy to try to help people out. To motivate another self sufficient human to change themselves is so powerful! It makes me smile:)

Have I mentioned that I LOVE my fellowe Crossfitters? I do and they rock!
What started as a "feeling fat/bloated" icky day has completely turned around. Ahhhh the power of positive thought!
