This is going to be a great month because 1- It's moving month!!!! and 2- My B-Day Brunch. Looking forward to both events and notice there was no reference to Thanksgiving. Honestly, I'm unsure of my Thanksgiving plans at this time. No worry.....plenty of other things going on to keep myself occupied. It's also time for winter sprints at the track...and I REALLY would like to find a nice brutal set of stairs to run.
I renewed my Crossfit contract and have turned into a happy CF addict. It really is like a drug but a good one that give you awesome superpower-like benefits. I seem to always add burpees to my current workouts and my legs are definitely firmer from about 10,000 squats. :) I never fail to mention CF to friends, hoping to lure them into the sadistic cult that I love so much..muahahahahaah. My good friend Alicia came out last weekend and did both free classes, freaking rockstar!
In other news....dating life going well:)

If you make it to SF you can either hit the Lyon stairs or the sand steps at Baker Beach.
