Saturday was a planned treat day from day 1. No matter, Sunday was NOT easy due to having dairy, flour, sugar and a whole mess of other crap running through my bloodstream. It was mentally foggy and I made me feel like a bloated cow.

This cow did manage to run 7 miles in an hour which felt amazing! Carbs can make you run fast.Yesterday was a lazy prep, roast, cooking kinda day. I tackled allot and managed some packing too. Dang I can't believe how much shit I have in such a tiny living space?!?!?!? Need more boxes as well.
Today it's back on the plan and 100%. I have no planned treats until the end of Dec and its going to be an interesting ride. I'm sure there will be tough calls the weekend I'm moving, and lots of work goodies to turn down.
My workout will either be legs tonight or rest day.

You don't have to stop eating "treats" all together, just have a "piece" when you feel like it. Kind of like having one piece of candy, instead of eating the entire box. Next time just have a "piece", okay?
