It's just a number so I'm told.

This was today's email from "Notes from the Universe" I highly recommend signing up for them.

35.....I'm coming to terms with it because let's face it, the alternative is much worse:) Today I turned older than I feel, think and hopefully look. It's all in your head and I feel 25....OK 29. The truth is there is so much for me to be thankful these days.



~I'm stronger and getting fitter each day.



~My family



~My friends are amazing and most would fly to TX in a heartbeat if I needed them.



~My job is going well and in this economy I'm incredibly thankful to HAVE a job.



~ CROSSFIT..nuff said.



~Zero debt



~Acting/singing/modeling gigs that I'm being referred for....pretty damn cool!



~The fact that friends come to me for advise on changing their bodies is a tremendous compliment!



~I CAN and DO laugh at myself daily.....I'd be dead without my sense of humor.





Yes, I have much to be thankful for. This road is long with many twist and turns but I wouldn't have it any other way. 35 WILL be a great year!
