Anyone with such now how could do that.
You could create something called Merde De Poisson, and people who used it, would initially not know the name actually translated as Fish Poo.
Even some celebrities have their own now and frankly it's just stupid.
In fact most of them are made for celebrities, that aren't any good at being one, so that's a good advertisment for steering clear anyways :-p :-p.
