hey that looks like the "chairs" at Kiddie Kuts. I took my kid there ONCE AND ONLY ONCE for a haircut. the chairs all look like that...they have TVs playing stupid cartoons...and the haircutter people SUCK REAL BAD! it was a damn nightmare. too many brats running around.
